What is your turnaround time?

You will receive an email with a link to your online photo gallery within 5-7 business days of your session (Monday-Friday).

Do you provide videography services?

Yes, please email info@topdogvisuals.com and provide the type of videography services you are interested in and we will provide a quote to you within 24 hours.

Travel?

Yes, we do travel. fees do apply. Please contact us for more information regarding travel.

Do I need to provide a deposit?

Yes, you will need to provide a 50% deposit in order to book a shoot and hold your spot. All deposits are non-refundable.

Do packages include Raw Images?

At this time we do not provide any raw images.

Cancel/Rescheduling?

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot, please do so 48 hours prior to your shoot.

Do you offer other photography services?

Yes, we do! Here at Top Dog Visuals we are experienced in several different niches. Please contact us at info@topdogvisuals.com and we can discuss the type of shoot you are inquiring and if we offer that specific service. Thank you!

Do you offer prints?

Sorry, not at this time.

Time/Arrival?

Please arrive to your shoot on time. If you are late your shoot will be automatically cancelled and you will not get a refund.

Copyright/Print Release

It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without the written permission from Top Dog Visuals. Top Dog Visuals retains all copyright. If sharing images on social media, the Client will credit the images to Top Dog Visuals.

Photo Usage

Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Top Dog Visuals for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website, or any publication to promote the business name, and the images can be used without additional compensation to the client.

Will I recieve all photographs?

We choose the images that will be sent to you. You can not choose your photos or see all photos taken. We take into consideration facial expressions, wardrobe malfunctions, and photo interference. We send our clients the best reflection of our work.

Do you offer refunds?

Once you book we will hold a spot for you on our calendar that no one else can book. All deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds once you book. If you no-show your appointment, you forfeit your session fee. If you are a previous no show you will need to book another session and pay in full and your payment will be non-refundable. If you are a no-call no-show a second time you are forfeiting your booking fee and we will not schedule with you again.

In the event that you cancel your session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session will be made to you. However, I do understand that schedules may change, in the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least 48 hours advance notice. Your deposit fee may be applied to the rescheduled session.

What if I don't like the photos?

There are no refunds or reshoots due to you not liking the photos.

Do you provide photo editing?

Yes, we provide very minimal editing on all photos provided.
